November 16	Civil Mock Trial scheduled for Expert Witnessing students.
August 31	Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) trip is planned.
August 16	Students enter the Forensic Accounting Program as it begins its 3rd year of existence.
August 15	Forensic Accounting Advisory Board mid-year meeting in Atlanta
July 14	Project Adrian Mock Grand Jury
July 12-13	The IRS brings Project Adrian back to campus.
May 13-15	The accounting firm PKM and Georgia Southern put on the 4th Annual Fraud and Forensic Accounting Education Conference in Atlanta (Buckhead).
April 21	Accounting Day is held at the Nessmith-Lane Continuing Education Building.
March	Tax research students attended the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
February 2	Phil Robertson of the FDIC speaks as the Distinguished Forensic Lecturer Series
February 2-3	Forensic Accounting Advisory Board meets on campus.

2009 Events
November	Expert Witnessing students participate in a Mock Trial at the Bulloch County Courthouse.
October	Scott Hilsen, partner, Alston + Bird, LLP, presents "The Psychology of Fraud" at the PAC
October	Student ACFE officers attend the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC)

April	White Collar Crime and Interview / Interrogation students participate in Project Adrian (IRS) and a mock grand jury
February	Distinguished Forensic Lecturer David Sawyer speaks on campus

2008 Events
November	Judge Gary Mickel presides over civil mock trial for the Expert Witnessing class at the Bulloch County Courthouse.
November	Tax Research students attend U.S. Tax Court in Tampa, FL.
September	The Forensic Accounting Advisory Board has a midyear meeting in Atlanta.
August	Masters of Accountancy students enter into the Forensic Accounting Concentration. Sixteen (16) students have declared Fraud Examination as their undergraduate minor.
May	The 2nd Annual Fraud and Forensic Accounting Education Conference in Charleston, SC is attended by over 130 participants.
April	The IRS brings Project Adrian back to campus and a mock criminal grand jury is convened in Statesboro.
March	A one day (8 hour CPE) Construction Fraud Conference is held in Atlanta, and attended by over 40 participants
January	The Forensic Accounting Advisory Board is formed and has its inaugural meeting on campus.
January	Donna Harper (IRS) speaks on campus as the 2008 Distinguished Forensic Lecturer.

2007 Events
November	Tax research students attended the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
November	Project Adrian (IRS) comes to campus.
November	A mock civil trial is held at Bulloch County Courthouse.
August	The first twelve (12) Masters of Accountancy students enter into the Forensic Accounting Concentration. Ten (10) students have declared Fraud Examination as their undergraduate minor.
May	The 1st Annual Fraud and Forensic Accounting Education Conference in Savannah, GA is attended by over 210 participants.
January	The first director is hired for the Center for Forensic Studies in Accounting and Business
